White Chili

4 cans Great Northern White Beans (rinsed)
4 cups chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped

Simmer 1 hour

4 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 can diced green chilies
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic

Simmer 1 hour

Serve with sour cream and Monterrey Jack Cheese
